Whiskwell™ is committed to making our site accessible and is working toward WCAG 2.1 Level AA compliance.

Our approach

• Structure & Semantics: Pages use proper headings, lists, labels, and landmarks for screen readers.

• Keyboard Access: All interactive elements are usable by keyboard without traps.

• Color & Contrast: We target AA contrast ratios; we avoid color-only cues.

• Images & Media: Informative images have alt text; decorative images are marked presentational. Captions/transcripts are provided for time-based media where applicable.

• Forms & Errors: Inputs have associated labels, clear instructions, and error feedback.

• Responsive Design: Content reflows on mobile without loss of functionality.

• Third Parties: Our site runs on Squarespace and may use third-party apps; we work with vendors to promote accessible experiences but some components are outside our control.

Ongoing improvement

We regularly review templates, content, and new features; issues are prioritized for remediation.

Assistive technology compatibility

We aim to support the latest versions of major browsers (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge) with common assistive tech (e.g., VoiceOver, NVDA) on modern operating systems.
